The Role

We’re looking for a Social & Content Manager to help us build fresh and exciting social-first creative for a major client in the media & entertainment space . This role involves working onsite directly with the client, closely collaborating with their teams, and representing T&Pm in everything you do.

We all know that good social people need to be a little bit of everything – part-creative, part-copywriter, part-account manager, and just a little sprinkle of data analyst.

We’re looking for a well-rounded and enthusiastic generalist who loves to take charge of social projects to bring their creative vision to life. Above anything, we want someone who thinks truly social-first, with the energy and enthusiasm to get others excited.

You will have exceptional oral and written communication skills and be able to develop engaging content concepts.

We’d love to find someone who understands that social isn’t just one thing. It can be hard-working adverts to drive traffic to websites, but it can also be fame-driving content that makes brands part of culture.

Responsibilities

  • Concepting creative social ideas to complement big campaigns.
  • Concepting creative social ideas as part of Always-On activity.
  • Working with creative, client service, and production teams to provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
  • Working with strategy to turn insights into ideas.
  • Social content and channel reporting.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments and teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Building and managing relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Staying up-to-date with social and cultural trends, and industry best practices.
  • Work with existing social/programming teams to get social posts created, approved, live, and communicate status to cross-functional stakeholders on launch and post-launch engagement stats.
  • Quickly produce assets using a pre-approved template, writing copy in the client’s brand voice, and posting/scheduling on their social channels (e.g., IG, FB, X/Twitter, TikTok).
  • Post to the client’s social channels using approved assets and provide remote event coverage.
  • Review community engagement stats and share headlines back with the business.

Skills and Experience

  • 4-6 years experience in social media management
  • Experience in the entertainment & media space 
  • Experience owning social activations from start to finish.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management for brands.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience working across multiple teams to execute social posts and track performance.
  • Ability to provide after-hours support for specific client social channels.
  • Experience creating and posting social assets using pre-approved templates and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Familiarity with reviewing community engagement stats and communicating insights to internal teams.
  • Comfortable with secondment roles, working onsite with the client as a representative of the agency.

The pay range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 . Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire.
