Responsibilities

• Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program : Engage fully in the comprehensive training and development sessions designed to equip new agents with the necessary skills and knowledge for success in the real estate industry.
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes : Work closely with experienced sales agents to understand client needs and preferences, guiding them through the process of identifying and selecting homes that meet their criteria.
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients confirm or adjust their search criteria : Provide detailed and insightful written evaluations of property viewings, enabling clients to refine their home search based on informed decisions and evolving preferences.
• Draft and negotiate offers representing both the sales agent and clients : Skillfully prepare and negotiate purchase offers, ensuring that the interests of both the sales agent and the clients are effectively represented and aligned throughout the transaction process.
