Our client is looking to fill their vacant Structures Mechanic position in Boise, Idaho. In this position, you will perform structural maintenance and repair on mid to large corporate aircraft. Inquire today... a recruiter will contact you with additional details!

• Essential Functions:
• Performs routine maintenance and inspections on general aviation aircraft
• Performs structural repairs and modifications
• Ensures proper care of customer property through all phases of maintenance work
• Accurately completes required paperwork and work order details in Corridor
• Orders parts using Corridor as requested by lead technician
• Continually keeps clean and organized work area including personal tool box
• Works overtime as required
• Meets or beats flat rates for most of the assigned tasks
• Understands and follows all safety procedures and utilizes support equipment in a safe manner
• Responsible for completing training syllabus for advancement to next level
• Performs other duties as directed

• Education and Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working major structural repairs and modifications on some or all of the following airframes: Pilatus, Piper, King Air, Cessna, Beechcraft Citation, Hawker, Citation, Falcon, Embraer, Gulfstream, Challenger
• Hands on experience with sheet metal and composites, assembly techniques, and refined metal processes
• "A” Certification Preferred
• Requires strong proficiency reading and interpreting manuals, diagrams and work orders
• Must possess necessary tools to perform job
• Ability to follow direction and communicate clearly
• Must be able to work to specifications with an extremely high attention to detail
