Reservation & Guest Service Agent Location McCall, ID :

Cheap Thrill's Rental's is a family owned company in McCall, Idaho that rent's snowmobiles, jet ski's, and boats to guests for 1/2 or full day rentals.

We are looking for staff members for the upcoming summer season. This position will be assisting guests on the phone booking reservations and answering questions. Helping guest check-in and out, also ensuring waivers are signed by all participants and safety video.

This is a great position for a person that loves interacting with guests and can wear multiple hats at once. Must be warm and friendly, with a passion for the great outdoors. Our office hours are between 8am- 6pm but will need office staff to come in earlier to get everything setup and ready to go for the day to begin.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure rental gear is organized
• Assist with keeping store tidy and stocked.
• Must have a professional appearance, writing, and speaking abilities.
• Ability to work with software and computer programs.
• Must be organized and detail orientated.
• Ability to multitask.
• Have a record of providing exceptional customer service, and be dependable

Skills:

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Intermediate technology skills needed
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Weekend and Weekday help is needed. Weekend work is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
