At Ambitions ABA Illinois we provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and support for their families. We are looking for a R/BT Registered Behavior Tecnician to join our amazing team. R/BT Registered Behavior Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow through with all guidance from the BCBA related to each client's treatment plan.
• Prepare for each session by having a clear understanding of session structure and gathering all necessary materials.
• Implement intervention procedures as per treatment plan and BCBA's guidance and communicate any questions, concerns and any feedback to BCBA in a timely manner.
• Interact with parents and other caregivers in a professional manner, in accordance with BACB code of ethics.
• Collect data on client's progress throughout each session, as directed by BCBA.
• Adhere to all HIPPA requirements related to client confidentiality.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Salary: $24 - $25 per hour
• Part Time
• Choose your own schedule

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have experience with children
• Great inter-personal skills
