Job Description

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant (US Citizens Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules such as CRM, ERP, Sales, Customer Service, or Finance and Operations.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical solutions.
Configure Dynamics 365 to meet business needs, including workflows, entities, forms, and dashboards.
Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems into Dynamics 365, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business systems using Power Platform, APIs, and third-party tools.
Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Monitor and enhance the performance of Dynamics 365 applications to ensure scalability and reliability.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
Advise clients on best practices for leveraging Dynamics 365 to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM or ERP).
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and workflows.
Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
Experience with integration tools such as Azure Logic Apps, APIs, or middleware platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
