Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $18.64 - $23.30 / hour
Responsible for Office Coordinator and/or front desk functions in one or more facilities as well as ensuring quality and standardization of front desk procedures across multiple locations. Ensures accurate implementation of new processes and standardization of current processes using Lean methodology. Responsible for orientation of new front office staff, development and monitoring of appropriate metrics to measure ongoing front desk performance in all locations. Facilitates and ensures continuous process improvement and communication between office coordinators.
