Envestnet is seeking a passionate and talented Graphic & Motion Designer to join our Marketing team. This position is expected to report to our Berwyn, PA office.

Job Summary:

Envestnet is looking for a dynamic Graphic & Motion Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics and videos for a variety of marketing and communications channels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency using current design and video software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the Graphic & Motion Designer converts written or spoken ideas into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

Your graphics and videos should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we'd like to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging animated videos, graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for web, social, and other digital channels that is on-brand, and reinforces Envestnet's mission
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity while understanding the various industry audiences we serve
  • Edit and optimize omni-channel graphics and video content
  • Contribute to graphic design and video projects from concept to delivery (storyboard, design, animation, feedback, QA, and production)
  • Provide technical support for design and video-related efforts
  • Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field, or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields.
  • 4-6 years of experience developing, designing, or working with leading brands and/or agencies.
  • Extremely detail oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Fluency with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.
  • Experience crafting, animating, and editing motion design graphics in addition to video editing for promotional and event-based campaigns.
  • Experience developing graphics, illustrations, videos, gifs, and other creative materials for web, social, and other digital platforms.
  • Experience working with and managing third party partners/agencies.
  • Skilled at juggling various requests, prioritizing, and thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects.
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.
  • Experience with both print and digital media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary:

The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000.
