With a salary range of $45,500 - $55,500 yearly, you will have the opportunity to bring your creativity to life and organize exceptional events that exceed expectations. As an Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing a wide range of events, from client appreciation gatherings to community outreach programs. Join us in shaping unforgettable experiences and making a difference in the lives of our clients and community. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of client events from planning to execution, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for attendees.
• Develop and manage event budgets to maximize resources and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to secure necessary resources and services for each event.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
• Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and reporting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements for future events.
• Create and grow professional relationships program with allied resources for sponsorship of events
• Create relevant marketing around all client gatherings
• Interact with clients throughout the year via SM, phone, email to grown client engagement around gatherings

Qualifications:

• Event Coordination and Management Experience
• Real Estate Office Experience
• Relevant Marketing Skills/ Experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when necessary
• People Person- Great Phone and In-Person Communication Skills
