Description of the role: We are hiring a Detail Manager to lead our detailing department at Jeff Belzer's Auto Group in Roseville! This position offers competitive compensation and potential for higher starting wages based on experience! Join us in training the next leader of our department! Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain expectations through the detail department
• Supervise the detailing team
• Train new staff effectively
• Maintain clean and orderly department
• Inventory and organize cleaning supplies

Requirements:

• Experience in detailing or related field is preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays
• Excellent communication and training abilities
