Composite Manufacturing Technician

Eaton's AER MSD Mission Systems Division is actively seeking a talented Composite Manufacturing Technician at our Westminster, MD location.

Compensation Details:

The stated hourly wage is $21.00, though this figure serves as a preliminary estimate and might change based on the applicant’s capabilities and market dynamics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Master the process to fabricate and assemble composite pressure vessels.
• Set up machines, mix chemicals, and monitor ovens.
• Inspect products meticulously to maintain quality standards.
• Sustain Environmental, Health, and Safety culture while delivering daily targets.

All associates are committed to constant enhancement through 5S cell initiatives and by fostering safety awareness, right from lifting heavy materials to using the precise PPE for each challenge.

Your Profile:

Basic Requisites:

• A year in manufacturing or military experience.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Possession of an HS Diploma

Bonus Benefits:

• Associate's Degree in ME or ET appreciated.
• Familiarity with Lean practices and diverse machinery tools advantageous.

Skills Spotlight: Proficiency in Quality Inspection, Equipment Troubleshooting, and Communication.
