Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Onsite Camp Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the campground. This is a full-time, onsite role with accommodations onsite. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all campground operations, including guest services, reservations, and daily activities. Lead and manage staff, including scheduling, training, and monitoring performance. Maintain strong guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Coordinate and schedule activities to enhance the guest experience. Manage reservations through online systems, ensuring accurate bookings and payments. Handle communications with the campground owners, providing regular updates on operations, challenges, and successes. Ensure the campground is well-maintained, safe, and adheres to all local and state regulations. Manage inventory for the store and oversee cash flow and deposits. Respond to emergencies and handle after-hours situations as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in campground management, hospitality, or similar roles is highly preferred. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using reservation and scheduling systems. Comfortable living onsite and being available for operational needs. Perks: Competitive annual salary of $48,000 - $50,000 (based on exp.) Free onsite accommodation.
