Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SolidWorks Designer/Drafter to create and revise technical drawings and 3D models in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks.
• Apply ISO, ANSI, and ASME standards.
• Support the Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes.
• Maintain organized design files and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop design solutions and provide cross-departmental support.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical design or drafting.
• Proficient in SolidWorks (CSWA certification preferred).
• Experience with small and large assemblies.
• Strong understanding of ECO processes and engineering principles.
• Proficient in MS Office 365.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with GD&T and SolidWorks Routing.
• Proficiency in technical writing.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to operate drafting software, sit for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
