Your Skills

• You have minimally 5 10 years experience in a business environment working in a management capacity or as an independent consultant.
• You are an excellent communicator and comfortable in remote environments such as Zoom.
• You are familiar with online networking platforms such as LinkedIn or IG and are willing to level up your digital communication and marketing outreach on digital platforms.
• You are a lifelong learner excited to share your own personal development journey and passionate about inspiring and assisting others on their success journey.

Your Responsibilities

• Effectively set up and manage remote business operations your schedule and success goals with ongoing support from our coaching team and global business community
• Apply effective communication and marketing strategies using our platform and advanced processes with comprehensive support and training provided
• Engage with leads conduct interviews by phone or Zoom and facilitate candidates through presentation materials and decisionmaking process
• Maintain your own daily learning and growth towards personal & leadership development
• Attend weekly online live presentation and professional development sessions
