Role Description
In this role, you’ll provide strategic insights and motivation to clients, helping them overcome obstacles and pursue their ambitions. As a Business Coach, you will have complete autonomy in choosing your clients, work location, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote coaching sessions with clients, focusing on personalized goal-setting, leadership, and business strategy.
• Develop individualized action plans to guide clients in personal and professional growth.
• Participate in (3) weekly training and development calls.
• Implement online marketing strategies to engage potential clients (training provided).
• Foster supportive, trust-based client relationships that empower confidence and resilience.
• Engage in continuous personal and professional growth.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in business coaching, consulting, or leadership.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, personal development, and team dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Self-driven, results-oriented approach.

Compensation : This is a commission-based role, with earnings based on individual performance.
