MAU is hiring an Associate Employment Specialist in Charleston, SC. As an Associate Employment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting recruiting and time analyst responsibilities for an outsourced account, encompassing both exempt and non-exempt roles. Driven by a customer-centric focus and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, this on-site position is dedicated to meeting daily service commitments while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions
~Schedule and coordinate all hiring activities for hourly positions
~Arrange Teams and onsite interviews for applicants
~Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and assist with the selection process
~Generate official documents, including offer letters, ACFs, and onboarding assessments
~Distribute ACFs and offer letters for leadership and candidate signatures
~Manage and update the ATS for hourly, exempt, and non-exempt positions
~Provide weekly staffing updates to HRBPs and managers
~Maintain daily communication with hiring managers regarding the status of openings and candidates in progress
~Participate in quarterly reviews with Bosch leadership
~Post positions on TalentHub, external job boards, and the MAU Jobs website
~Coordinate career fair participation
~Organize placement testing, interviews, and updates in TalentHub
~Manage new hire paperwork and onboarding activities for co-op/apprentice candidates, including drug testing, functional medical testing, background checks, and Equifax paperwork
~Plan and facilitate team-building activities for co-ops
~Conduct post-placement interviews with co-ops completing the program
~Attend weekly client staffing meetings
~Participate in monthly MAU staffing meetings
~Cross-train in all on-site management functions to achieve proficiency
~Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment or Working Conditions
The working conditions and environments that are created by our customer’s facilities both in administrative areas and manufacturing environments. Working conditions will typically be manufacturing or warehouse settings, including process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles. Environments may vary from non-air conditioned (hot/cold) environments to GMP clean room required.
Physical Demands
This position may require the following to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to lift 5 – 20 pounds periodically and 50 pounds on occasion
Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for up to 4 hours
Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day
Ability to sit for up to 4 hours
Travel
Frequent travel between the work site and MAU branch will be required. Limited travel overnight, but the ability to travel overnight is preferred.
